Our Founder

Josh Crisp is a senior living executive with more than 15 years of experience in development, construction, and management of senior living communities across the southeast.

But he’s more than just a vessel for experience in the industry. He’s an influencer, having created the first senior living podcast. He’s a philanthropist, having created a cycling charity to raise money for Alzheimer’s research. And he’s passionate about developing a collaborative work environment where new ideas thrive.
Under Josh’s leadership, Solinity Marketing has executed impactful marketing strategies for clients, produced heavy-hitting events, and developed content that gets at the root of what senior living is all about: the resident.
